If the numerator of a fraction is increased by 200% and the denominator is increased by 350%. The resultant fraction is 512. what was the original fraction?

    Let the original fraction be xy

    Then, numerator= x+x×200100=3x

    And denominator= y+y×350100   or 450y100

    So, fraction = NumeratorDenominator=3x×100450y=2x3y
