    Let the ten's digit be 'x'

    Then, number (10x+3)+ sum of digits = (x+3)

    So,

    ⇒ (x+3)=211(10x+3)

    ⇒ (11x+33)=(20x+6)

    = (11x-20x)=6-33

    = -9x=-27

    = x=3

    ∴ the number 33.

    Hence, Option D is correct.
