Two taps can separately fill a cistern in 10 minutes and 15 minutes respectively. When the waste pipe is open, they can together fill it in 18 minutes. In how many minutes will the waste pipe can empty the full cistern?

    As per the question,

    The two filler piper can fill the cistern in 10×1510+15=15025=6 minutes

    A leak empties the tank in 18 minutes

    So, 

    18×618-6=10812=9 minutes

    Hence in 9 Minutes the waste pipe can empty the full cistern.

    Hence option B is correct.
