Explanation

Part of the tank filled by A and B in 1 minute is

$= \frac{1}{25} \times \frac{5}{6} + \frac{1}{20} \times \frac{2}{3} = \frac{2}{30} = 15 minutes$

So the time taken to fill the tank is 15 minutes

Hence option D is correct.
