In palmately reticulate venation, each mid-vein gives off lateral veins which in tum repeatedly forming a network in the lamina. It is also known as multicostate reticulate venation. The examples of palmately reticulate venation are Zizipus, Gossypium, Cucurbita and Passiflora.
